Periyiali Villas Beach Resort, an outstanding beach destination, was built to delight villa holiday guests with exceptional private luxury accommodation and 5-star hotel services, both in-villa and in the Clubhouse. The resort’s coastal setting is surrounded by the dramatic nature of Konnos and Cape Greco National park, located between Ayia Napa and Protaras.

The fully airconditioned and centrally heated villas each offer a private pool, in- and outdoor lounges, a dining area, an inside lift, open-plan kitchen, barbecue bar, guest WC and gated garages. Several villas also come with open, sky-roof gardens with a barbecue and lounge area. Villas are equipped with smart technology including a smart TV, automated lights, sound and shade control, automated access to property, and strong wi-fi connection throughout the property.

All first-floor bedrooms are fitted with luxury bedlinen, en-suite bathrooms with luxury bath towels and toiletries, smart TV’s, wi-fi, safe boxes, hair dryers, and magnetic door locks. Where available, the bedrooms on the ground floor include twin beds and all aforesaid amenities.

Protaras Holiday Villa Arrtemis PER11 is a front line sea view villa consisting of 5 bedrooms (all with a private bathroom).

This villa has a pool heating option which is available upon request. There is an extra charge to pre-heat the pool, 120 EUR, and it requires at lest 2 days’ notice prior to arrival. Each day of use of the heated swimming pool is charged 60 EUR.

Periyiali Konnos Beach Resort is located at Cavo Greko – Cape Greco National Park, between Ayia Napa and Protaras. Konnos Beach forms part of the Cape Greco National Park, an area of exceptional natural beauty. It is a small and idyllic beach covered in fine golden sand.

The Resort is designed to meet high expectations of guests and offers privacy, tranquility to all its residents. It is an electronically controlled, gated project and has underground car access and parking for the Frontline villas (VIP – Tunnel – for underground driving to their villas), isolating the project from traffic congestion and noise.
